I absolutely loved these watches, which makes this review very sad to write.
Two of my watches were lost because they unexpectedly fell off my wrist. I have worn watches for years, and this has never happened to me with any other brand. I believe the clasp may come undone unexpectedly.
I contacted customer support hoping they would at least investigate the issue or offer a meaningful solution, but they only referred me to their warranty policy, which doesn’t cover lost items.
I can no longer recommend these watches, no matter how beautiful they are.
