I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order. I had previously purchased the same model of your watch and was very pleased with its quality. Based on that positive experience, I decided to order the same watch again.

Unfortunately, the new watch I received is of noticeably lower quality. One of the metal parts has already fallen off, which is very disappointing and unacceptable considering my expectations based on the previous purchase.In attachment you can find pictures of bouth watches.

I kindly request a replacement or refund, and I hope you will address this issue as soon as possible.
