Responsibilities

  • Structure and develop Sales and Marketing activities in core European markets;
  • Support local Sales partners with their activities (Sales and Marketing);
  • Evaluate and optimize key accounts & local Sales partner’s performances;
  • Develop new initiatives with current customers and open new customers;
  • Report on Sales results and new initiatives per market;
  • Seek and negotiate strategic partnerships with key accounts and local Sales partners;
  • Perform various visual merchandising tasks (make sure stores abide by guidelines, make specific changes, create specific POS visuals etc.);
  • Execute on day to day operations (answer questions from key stores, agents and distributors).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 3-4 years experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar (fashion) environment;
  • Commercial and creative mindset;
  • Proven skills in communication and people management;
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
